The YPNC series spindle specific motors are further designed and developed based on the actual operating conditions of various machine tool fields. They are divided into two specifications: low inertia A series and strong overload B series according to their usage scenarios, providing higher quality transmission force for CNC machine tools and special spindle drive industries. When combined with frequency converters, they have a wider speed range and superior low-speed and high-speed performance compared to ordinary specialized motors. Their appearance is beautiful and elegant, making them an ideal replacement product for the machine tool industry and spindle drive industry.
Characteristics of YPNC series spindle frequency conversion dedicated motor
Reasonable magnetic field design and magnetic density distribution enable the motor to operate in a wider frequency range and run more quietly.
The design of IP54 protection, more reasonable heat dissipation, B-class temperature rise design, F-class insulation manufacturing, and the use of special quenched and tempered shaft materials make the motor more sturdy, durable, and long-lasting.
The imported balancing machine adopts ISO2373 R-grade, semi key dynamic balancing for precise rotor calibration, reduces vibration, and is capable of high-speed operation.
