SM series (IP54) ordinary universal university three-phase asynchronous motor

The SM series ordinary universal high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a new generation of three-phase cage asynchronous motor that complies with the international electrical IEC standard. It is the latest internationally universal product designed and manufactured using advanced European technology, and its efficiency index meets the European EFF2 standard.

SM series motors have better energy-saving effects than ordinary motors and can be widely used in different fields, except in flammable, explosive or corrosive gas environments, such as transportation, mixing, printing, agricultural machinery, food processing machines, machine tools, pumps, blowers, compressors and other supporting equipment.

The installation dimensions and force of SM series motors comply with IEC standards and German DIN42673BIAOZHN. The shell protection of the motor is registered as IP54, and the cooling method is IC411. The motor is manufactured with F-class insulation, and the temperature rise of the motor stator winding is rigorously assessed according to B-class insulation. The noise during operation meets IEC standards.  

The rated voltage of SM series motors is 380V and the rated frequency is 50Hz. Motors with a power below 4KW use a Y-shaped connection, while other power motors use a triangular connection.

The electric motor can operate at an altitude of no more than 1000 meters. The maximum temperature of the ambient air varies with the seasons, but does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature of ambient air is -15 degrees Celsius. The average maximum relative humidity for the wettest month is 90 degrees Celsius, and the average minimum temperature for that month should not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.
