I. Overview

The LK911-A series marine master controller is an improved product of LK911, suitable for AC power with a voltage of 380 volts and a frequency of 50 hertz, with a long-term working current of 10 amps. It is used for manual remote motor starting, operation, speed regulation, and reversal in ship deck mechanical electrical control equipment or magnetic stations.

2、 Product Features
1. In 1991, the product passed ministerial level appraisal and was equipped with an aluminum silicon alloy shell with a protection level of IP56. The cable was introduced into the controller through a conduit welded to the ship deck. Due to usage requirements, the operating handle can be installed on the right or left side.
2. Small size, light weight, reasonable structure, easy maintenance, reliable performance, and stable quality.
3. According to user requirements, the controller can be equipped with a wide-angle ammeter or an automatic reset device. The operating handle of the controller that automatically resets the master command can automatically return to zero position in the working position.

3、 Structure
The casing of this master controller is made of aluminum silicon alloy, with a protection level of IP56. The cable is introduced into the controller through a conduit welded to the ship deck. Due to usage requirements, the operating handle can be installed on the right or left side.
The control system of the master controller mainly consists of cam blocks, dynamic and static contacts, and positioning devices. The opening and closing of the contacts are controlled by the cam blocks, and the positioning is controlled by rollers and ratchet wheels. According to user requirements, the controller can be equipped with a wide-angle ammeter or an automatic reset device. The operating handle of the automatic reset master controller can automatically reset to zero at any working position.
