Application of DZ-500T series intermediate relay
The DZ-500T series intermediate relay (hereinafter referred to as the relay) is used in DC to 220V protection and automatic control circuits to expand the control range and improve contact capability.
Structure and principle of DZ-500T series intermediate relay
The action of a relay is generated based on electromagnetic principles. A relay is composed of iron heart plates, coils, and contacts. When a direct current voltage is applied to the relay coil, current flows through the coil, causing the iron core to magnetize and attract the moving piece. The contact spring is pushed by the passive piece, causing the moving contact to close and the moving contact to disconnect. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic force disappears, and the moving piece returns to its original position under the pressure of the restoring spring and the contact system.
2.2 The relay adopts a protruding installation main body part installed in a plug-in structure housing, and the relay contact system is installed upward on a vertical screen.
