The DZS-500 series intermediate relay is used in protection and automatic control circuits for DC voltage up to 220 volts. Obtain minimal delay when the relay is activated or released according to its job requirements. DZS-510 type has a start delay, while DZS-530 has a release delay.

2.2 The working environment temperature of the relay is -25 ℃ -+40 ℃.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+20 ℃, the operating voltage of the relay shall not exceed 70% of the rated voltage. When cutting off the coil circuit at rated voltage, the relay should reliably return to its original position.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+20 ℃ and the rated voltage is suddenly applied to both ends of the DZS-510 relay coil, the action time of the relay should not be less than 0.06s.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+20 ℃ and the DZS-530 relay coil is energized for not less than 0.5s at rated voltage, the coil circuit should be cut off, and its return time should not be less than 0.12s.
2.6 Disconnecting and connecting capacity of relay contacts:
In a DC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V, the current does not exceed 1A, and there is an inductance (time constant not greater than 5 × 10-3s), the breaking power of the contacts is 50W.
In an AC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V, the current does not exceed 2.5A, and the power factor is not less than 0.8, the breaking power of the contacts is 500VA.
When the contacts of the relay are in the closed position, they should be able to flow 5A current for a long time with a temperature rise not exceeding 65K.
2.7 When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+40 ℃, the relay coil can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time, and the coil temperature rise does not exceed 65K.
The dielectric strength between the coil and all conductive parts of the relay and the iron core should be able to withstand a test voltage of 50Hz and 2kV for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
2.9 The power consumption of the coil at rated voltage shall not exceed 5W.
2.10 The load on the relay contacts shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, and 2.6, even after withstanding 1000 cycles of turn-on and 1000 cycles of turn off tests, under the allowable turn-on and turn off power conditions specified in Article 2.6.

2.12 For coils with a voltage of 220V and a wire diameter greater than 0.09, it is considered short-term power on, while for coils with a wire diameter less than 0.09, it is considered long-term power on.
2.13 The appearance and installation hole size of DZS-500 series relays are the same as those of DZ-500 type.
