The DZS-500T series intermediate relay is applied in protection and automatic control circuits with DC voltage up to 220V, and it has a small delay when the relay is activated or released according to its working requirements.
Overview of the Structure of DZS-500T Series Intermediate Relays
2.1 The DZS-500T series intermediate relay adopts a protruding installation, and the main body is installed in a plug-in structure housing.
The appearance and installation dimensions of DZS-500T are shown in Figure 2.
The main body of the intermediate relay in the DZS-500T series is the same as that of the DZS-500.
The internal wiring diagram of DZS-500T is shown in Figure 1.

3.2 The working environment temperature of the relay is -25 ℃ to+40 ℃.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+20 ℃, the operating voltage of the relay should not exceed 70% of the rated voltage. At the rated voltage, the coil circuit should be cut off, and the relay should reliably return to its original position.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+20 ℃ and the rated voltage is suddenly applied to both ends of the DZS-510T relay coil, the action time of the relay should not be less than 0.06s.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+20 ℃ and the DZS-530T relay coil is energized for not less than 0.5s at rated voltage, the coil circuit should be cut off, and the return time of the relay should not be less than 0.12s.
3.6 Disconnect and connect capacity of relay contacts.
3.6.1 In a DC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V, the current does not exceed lA, and there is an inductance (time constant not greater than 5 × 10-3s), the breaking power of the contacts is 50W.
3.6.2 In an AC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V, the current does not exceed 2.5A, and the power factor is not less than 0.8, the breaking power of the contacts is 500VA.
3.6.3 When the contacts of the relay are in the closed position, they should be able to flow 5A current for a long time with a temperature rise not exceeding 65k.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+40 ℃, the coil of the relay can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time, and the temperature rise of the coil does not exceed 65k.
The dielectric strength between the coil and all conductive parts of the relay and the iron core should be able to withstand a test voltage of 50Hz and 2kV AC for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
3.9 The power consumption of the coil at rated voltage shall not exceed 5W.
The load on the relay contacts of 3.10 shall meet the requirements of 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6 even after withstanding 1000 turns on and 1000 turns off tests under the allowable power conditions specified in Article 3.6.
3.11 For 220V voltage coils with a wire diameter greater than 0.09, short-term power supply is considered; for coils with a wire diameter less than 0.09, long-term power supply is considered.
