Meaning of Model 2

Overview of the Structure of DZK-100 Series Intermediate Relays
The DZK-100 series relay has a mountain type snap on electromagnetic mechanism, and the internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 1.

The intermediate relay in this series features a mountain shaped snap on electromagnetic mechanism, with the coil located on the center pillar. The relay consists of five parts: a mountain shaped iron core, coil, armature, bracket, and contact system.
In order to reduce the power consumption and temperature rise of the relay, additional resistors are added in series in the relay voltage winding circuit.
When the coil of the relay is energized, current flows through the coil, causing the iron core to magnetize and attract the armature. When the coil is de energized, the magnetic force disappears and the armature is released. The movement of the armature drives the support plate of the spring, causing the spring contacts to be attracted and disconnected accordingly.

4.2 Action value and hold value:
(1) The operating voltage and holding voltage should be between 50% and 70% of the rated voltage.
(2) The operating current and holding current shall not exceed 80% of the rated current.
4.3 Return value: not less than 5% of the rated value.
The operating time of the relay at rated voltage and rated current shall not exceed 15ms.
Under normal conditions, the dielectric strength between the relay winding, contact spring and housing should be able to withstand a sinusoidal AC voltage of 2kV with a frequency of 50Hz for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
4.6 In an AC circuit with a voltage not exceeding 220V and a current not exceeding 5A, the breaking power of the relay contacts is (cos φ=0.4) 500VA.
The contact of the relay device in a DC circuit with a voltage of 220V and a current not exceeding lA can disconnect a DC inductive load (T=5 × 10-3s) of 50W.
The electrical life of the relay at rated capacity is 104 times.
4.8 Power consumption of relays:
(1) At rated capacity, the voltage coil power consumption of the relay.
Relays without self-protection current coils have a voltage coil power consumption of no more than 3W.
Relays with self-protection current coils have a voltage coil power consumption of no more than 8W.
(2) The power consumption of the self-sustaining coil at rated current shall not exceed 3W.
The DZK-110 model relay belongs to long-term energized products, while other models of relays belong to short-term energized products.
