Application of DZK-100Q series intermediate relay
The DZK-100Q series intermediate relay is used in various protection and automatic control circuits for DC operation to expand the control range.
2 DZK-100Q series intermediate relay model meaning
3 Working principle and structure
3.1 This relay adopts embedded installation, and the main body is a plug-in structure.
3.2 The main body of the DZK-100Q series intermediate relay is the same as that of the DZK-100 series relay.
3.3 The DZK-lOOQ series intermediate relay is equipped with a mountain shaped snap on electromagnetic mechanism, with the coil located on the center column. The relay consists of five parts: mountain shaped iron core, coil, armature, bracket, and contact system.
3.4 In order to reduce the power consumption and temperature rise of the relay, additional resistors are added in series in the relay voltage winding circuit.
When the coil of the relay is energized, there is current passing through the coil, causing the iron core to magnetize and attract the armature. When the coil is de energized, the magnetic force disappears and the armature is released. The movement of the armature drives the support plate of the spring, causing the spring contacts to be attracted and disconnected accordingly.
