1、 Introduction
The YZ oil cooled electric drum is a new type of driving device for belt conveyors, which has gradually replaced the external driving device composed of reducers and motors.  
The YZ oil cooled electric drum adopts an advanced cycloidal pinwheel planetary reduction mechanism internally. Compared with the old-fashioned TDY75 two-stage gear reduction drum, it has the following advantages:

1. Compact structure;  
2. Wide range of transmission ratios;  
3. High transmission efficiency;  
4. It has the characteristics of overload and impact resistance;  
5. Smooth transmission and long service life;  
6. Good overspending performance and strong overload capacity;
7. The YZ type has the function of unidirectional rotation to prevent reverse rotation.

This series of rolling is a driving device for belt conveyors, used to drag the belt to make the main machine run. Currently, it has been widely used in various fields of the national economy such as mining, chemical industry, transportation, machinery, and electricity.  
1. This series of rollers is a fully sealed type and adopts a sealed junction box with a protection form of IP44. Compared with air-cooled electric rollers, there are no inlet and outlet vents, so it can be installed with the host in outdoor dusty, damp and muddy places.  
2. This series of rollers adopts B-grade insulated motors and uses lubricating grease with high drop points, as well as rubber oil seals that are resistant to oil and high temperatures. Therefore, it can operate at rated temperature when the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 ℃.  
3. This series of rollers is not suitable for high-temperature material conveyors and places that require explosion-proof.
