DY type oil cooled electric drum

1、 Introduction

Oil cooled electric drum is the driving device of belt conveyor, used to drag the belt to make the main machine run. It can widely replace the external driving device composed of electric motor and reducer currently used.  
1. Oil cooled electric drum has good sealing performance, so it can be used in damp and muddy places with high dust.  
2. The electric drum has a closed structure junction box, so it can be installed with the host for outdoor or indoor work.
3. The electric drum adopts a B-class insulated motor, and its electromagnetic part is exactly the same as the Y-shaped standard motor. However, due to changes in cooling methods and structural forms, the drum motor is classified as YG type for differentiation. The motor uses lubricating grease with high drop points and rubber oil seals that are resistant to oil and high temperatures, so it can operate safely when the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.
4. Electric rollers are not suitable for high-temperature material conveyors.
