Application of DZK-100T series intermediate relay
The DZK-100T series fast intermediate relay is used in various protection and automatic control circuits for DC operation to expand the control range.

3 Working principle and structure
3.1 This relay adopts a protruding installation, and the main body is a plug-in structure.
3.2 The main body of the DZK-100T series fast intermediate relay is the same as that of the DZK-100 series relay
3.3 The DZK-100T series fast intermediate relay is equipped with a mountain shaped snap on electromagnetic mechanism, with the coil located on the column. The relay consists of five parts: mountain shaped iron column, coil, armature, bracket, and contact system.
3.4 In order to reduce the power consumption and temperature rise of the relay, additional resistors are added in series in the relay voltage winding circuit.
When the coil of the relay is energized, there is current flowing through the coil, which magnetizes the iron core and attracts the armature. When the coil is de energized, the magnetic force is consumed and the armature is released. The movement of the armature drives the support plate of the spring, causing the spring contacts to be attracted and disconnected accordingly.
