Bolt caps (nuts) widely used in industrial production are corroded and bitten to death in outdoor high temperature or corrosive environments, and some have damaged threads due to impact. In short, it is very difficult to disassemble nuts when problems occur. In the past, the usual practice was to use (gas) welding to cut off both nuts and bolts. However, in some special working conditions and environments, it is sometimes strictly prohibited to use (electric) welding operations, such as coal powder silos in power plants, high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines in oil pipelines, etc., where nuts and bolts need to be replaced
It can solve the problem of disassembling and replacing bolts and nuts easily, quickly, safely, and efficiently without using fire, electricity, or damaging bolt threads.

2、 Usage method

1. Open the oil injection plug, fill the manual oil pump tank with 20 # engine oil or hydraulic oil, and close the unloading valve.
2. Insert the head hole of the shredder into the nut to be broken and straighten it out.
3. Press the manual oil pump to push the chopper out and into the nut. When the chopper is pushed into half of the nut, be careful to press the manual pump to avoid excessive force, as the chopper quickly splits the nut and damages the bolt thread.
4. When you hear the splitting sound of "ba", it means that the nut has been broken and the pressure has stopped.
5. Unscrew the unloading valve, return the chopper to its original position, and remove the chopper to complete the work.
