Hydraulic bolt tensioners use the tension generated by manual or electric high-pressure oil pumps to act on bolts, causing them to be stretched in the elastic deformation zone. The bolt diameter decreases slightly, and the nut can be easily screwed to the bottom. After unloading, the tensioner completes the tightening work. Otherwise, the nut can be easily removed without damaging the threads of the bolt pair, and the tension is accurate.
