Application of DZB-100Q series intermediate relay
DZB-100Q series intermediate relays (hereinafter referred to as relays) are used as auxiliary relays in DC operated protection circuits to increase the number and capacity of contacts for the main protection relay. DZB-115Q is a current operated voltage holding relay, while DZB-138Q is a voltage operated current holding relay. The short-circuit DZB-138Q type with damping winding can also delay the action.
Structure and principle of DZB-100Q series intermediate relay
2.1 The DZB-100Q series intermediate relay adopts embedded installation, and the main body is a plug-in structure.
The main body of the DZB-100Q series intermediate relay is the same as that of the DZB-100 series intermediate relay.
2.3 This series of relays is a pull in electromagnetic relay. The coil of the relay is mounted on the iron core of the mountain shaped magnetic conductor, consisting of a working winding and a holding winding: DZB-115Q type, with one working winding (current winding) and one holding winding (voltage winding), DZB-138Q type, with one working winding (voltage winding), two holding windings (current winding), and one damping winding (terminals 7-8).
The dynamic and static contact systems of the 2.4 relay are respectively fixed on the connection of the magnetic conductor and the yoke plate. The armature and yoke are hinged with phosphor bronze thin sheets (DZB-138Q type uses pillar hinges), and the relay is returned and placed in the open position by the action of a tension spring.

3.2 Action Value
(1) DZB-115Q type, not exceeding 80% of rated current;
(2) DZB-138Q type, not exceeding 70% of rated voltage.
3.3 Return value
(1) DZB-115Q type, not less than 2% rated current;
(2) DZB-138Q type, not less than 3% rated voltage.
3.4 Maintain Value
(1) DZB-115Q type, not exceeding 70% rated voltage;
(2) DZB-138Q type, not exceeding 65% rated current.
3.5 Action time
(1) DZB-115Q type, not exceeding 0.045s;
(2) Under DZB-138Q type overvoltage, disconnect the damping winding for no more than 0.045s and short-circuit the damping winding for more than 0.06s.
3.6 Return time
(1) DZB-115Q type, disconnect rated current, return time not exceeding 0.04s;
(2) DZB-138Q type, no more than 0.06s when disconnected from rated voltage.
3.7 Power consumption
(1) DZB-115Q type, voltage winding not exceeding 4W;
(2) DZB-138Q type, voltage winding not exceeding 10w, current winding not exceeding 4.5w.
3.8 Thermal stability
(1) DZB-115Q type, the voltage winding can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time, with a temperature rise not exceeding 65K; the current winding can withstand 3 times the rated current for 2 seconds.
(2) DZB-138Q type, the voltage winding can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time, with a temperature rise not exceeding 65K; the current winding can withstand 3 times the rated current for 5 seconds.
3.9 The dielectric strength between all circuits of the relay, including the casing and non electrified metal parts, as well as between circuits that are not electrically connected, should withstand AC 50Hz, voltage 2kV, and undergo a 1-minute test without breakdown or flashover.
Note: (1) Insulation between the same moving and stationary contacts is not tested;
(2) Each winding can withstand AC 50Hz, voltage 500V, and undergo a 1-minute test.
3.10 The weight of the relay shall not exceed 1.6kg.
