purpose
This relay is mainly used for pulse operation. The armature of the relay has two positioning points and is a bistable component that performs various switching tasks. There is a permanent magnet between the magnetic yoke and the iron core of the relay. When the coil excitation direction is different, the magnetic field of the permanent magnet can be strengthened or weakened. Thereby changing the same breaking state of the relay.

2.2 Relay coil specifications: The rated pulse voltage is DC 6, 12, 24, and 48V.
When terminal 1 of the action coil of the relay is connected to a negative potential and terminal 4 is connected to a positive potential, the action voltage of the relay should operate within the rated voltage range of 25% -80%.
When terminal 2 of the return coil of the relay is connected to a positive potential and terminal 3 is connected to a negative potential, the return voltage of the relay should return within the rated voltage range of 15% -50%.
At rated pulse voltage, the power consumption of the relay coil should not exceed 2W.
2.6 The rated pulse voltage width of the relay shall not be less than 0.02s.
The operating time of the 2.7 relay under rated pulse voltage shall not exceed 0.02s.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+40 ℃, the coil of the relay should be able to withstand the rated pulse voltage for a long time, and the temperature rise of the coil should not exceed 60K.
The dielectric strength of the contact spring and winding to the magnetic yoke should be able to withstand AC voltage of 50Hz and 500V, while the dielectric strength between windings should be able to withstand AC voltage of 50 or 60Hz. There should be no breakdown or flashover phenomenon after 1 minute of voltage duration.
2.10 Contact Capacity and Lifespan
2.10.1 DMC-122, 144160106 type:
The electrical life of a resistive load with a DC voltage of 100V and a current of 0.3A is 1 million cycles.
2.10.2 DMC-122A:
When the DC voltage is 220V and the current is 0.23A, the electrical life of a resistive load is 500000 times.
When the DC voltage is 10V and the current is 5A with a resistive load, the electrical life of B is 100000 times.
The appearance and installation dimensions of the 2.11 relay are shown in the DZ-100 series relay.
