Working principle and structure of DZ-30B series intermediate relay
2.1 The relay is an electromagnetic relay. When voltage is applied to both ends of the coil, the armature moves towards the closed position, the dynamic contact closes, and the dynamic contact opens. When the power is disconnected, the armature returns to its original state under the pressure of the contact piece, and the dynamic contact opens and the dynamic contact closes.
2.2 Relays have two structures:
2.2.1 Protruding plug-in structure. Adopting Aji JK-1 type shell, its outline and opening diagram are shown inAppendix IThe internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 1.
2.2.2 Embedded plug-in structure (with/Q in the model). Using the Xuji A11K shell, its external shape and opening diagram are shown inAppendix IIThe internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 2.
If the wiring method behind the board needs to be changed to the wiring method in front of the board, a board should be addedFront wiring socket and middle frame, see Appendix II.
