Application of DZ-30B series intermediate relay

The DZ-30B series intermediate relay is used in various protection and automatic control circuits for DC operation as an auxiliary relay to increase the number and capacity of contacts.

Working principle and structure of DZ-30B series intermediate relay
2.1 The relay is an electromagnetic relay. When voltage is applied to both ends of the coil, the armature moves towards the closed position, the dynamic contact closes, and the dynamic contact opens. When the power is disconnected, the armature returns to its original state under the pressure of the contact piece, and the dynamic contact opens and the dynamic contact closes.
2.2 Relays have two structures:
2.2.1 Protruding plug-in structure. Adopting Aji JK-1 type shell, its outline and opening diagram are shown inAppendix IThe internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 1.
2.2.2 Embedded plug-in structure (with/Q in the model). Using the Xuji A11K shell, its external shape and opening diagram are shown inAppendix IIThe internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 2.
If the wiring method behind the board needs to be changed to the wiring method in front of the board, a board should be addedFront wiring socket and middle frame, see Appendix II.

4 DZ-30B series intermediate relay technical data

4.1 Operating voltage: 30% -70% of the rated voltage.
4.2 Return voltage: not less than 5% of the rated voltage.
4.3 Action time: not exceeding 0.0045s at rated voltage.
4.4 Power consumption: not exceeding 5W at rated voltage.
4.5 Electrical lifespan: 5000 cycles.
4.6 Contact breaking capacity: In DC inductive load circuits with voltage not exceeding 250V and current not exceeding 1A (time constant of 5H10-3S), the breaking capacity is 50W; in AC circuits with voltage not exceeding 250V and current not exceeding 3A (power factor of 0.4), the breaking capacity is 250VA.
4.7 The long-term allowable current through the contact is 5A.
4.8 Dielectric Strength: The conductive and non-conductive parts of the relay, as well as the coil circuit and contact circuit, can withstand AC 50HZ and voltage of 2kV for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
