Overview
The AC and AFC series air source processing triple components include three major parts: air pressure reducing valve, filter, and oil mist device. The pressure reducing valve can stabilize the gas source, keeping it in a constant state and reducing damage to hardware such as valves or actuators caused by sudden changes in gas pressure. Filters are used for cleaning the gas source and can filter out moisture from compressed air to prevent moisture from entering the device with the gas. The oil mist lubricator can lubricate the moving parts of the machine body and lubricate the parts that are not convenient to add lubricating oil, greatly extending the service life of the machine body.


Installation of AC, AFC series air source treatment triple components
1. Please pay attention to cleaning the connecting pipes and joints during installation to prevent dirt from entering the air path.
2. Please pay attention to whether the direction of gas flow is consistent with the general direction indicated by the arrow during installation, and ensure that the connection and joint teeth are correct.
3. Fixing the filter and pressure regulating valve (pressure regulating filter) oil feeder: match the convex groove of the fixing bracket with the groove on the body, and then tighten it with a fixing plate and screw.
4. When using pressure regulating valves and filters separately, the fixing should be done by rotating the fixing ring to lock the attached special fixing plate.

Instructions for Use
1. This filter has two drainage methods: differential pressure drainage and manual drainage. When manually draining, it must be drained before the water level reaches the level below the filter element.
2. When adjusting pressure, please pull up and then rotate the knob before turning it, and press down the knob to position it. Rotate the knob to the right to increase the outlet pressure, and to the left to decrease the outlet pressure. When adjusting the pressure, it should be gradually and evenly adjusted to the desired pressure value, and should not be adjusted in one step.
3. Instructions for using the oil feeder: Use JIS K2213 oil (ISO Vg32 or equivalent) for the oil feeder. Please do not refuel more than 80% of the cup. The number 0 represents the minimum oil quantity, and 9 represents the maximum oil quantity. Cannot rotate from position 9-0, must rotate clockwise.

Precautions
1. Some parts are made of PC material and are not allowed to be used near or in organic solvent environments. Please use neutral cleaning agent for PC cup cleaning.
2. Do not use pressure beyond its intended range.
3. When the outlet air volume significantly decreases, the filter element should be replaced in a timely manner.
