1 ZJ3-A series fast intermediate relay application
The ZJ3-A series fast intermediate relay is used in various protection and automatic control circuits for DC operation, as an outlet relay or to increase the number and capacity of protection and control circuit contacts.
Working principle and structure of ZJ3-A series fast intermediate relay
2.1 The relay is an electromagnetic fast acting intermediate relay, with a coil fixed to a U-shaped magnetic conductor, and an armature connected to a frame plate connected to the electromagnet by a shaft. When voltage is applied to both ends of the coil, the armature moves towards the closed position, and the contacts close or open with the movement of the insulating bracket connected to the armature.
2.2 Winding combination
2.2.1 ZJ3-1A and 2A relays have only one voltage winding;
2.2.2 ZJ3-3A relay has one voltage action winding and two current holding windings;
2.2.3 ZJ3-4A relay has one voltage winding and three current holding windings;
2.2.4 The ZJ3-5A relay has a voltage winding and a current winding, which can be voltage operated or current operated, and can also be current maintained or voltage maintained. When the connecting piece is located at terminals 5 and 6 (Q-type 5 and 7), it is for voltage maintenance; When located at terminals 4 and 5 (Q-type 3 and 5), it is for current holding and can be adjusted according to usage. The wiring of the connector is shown in Figure 1.
2.3 In order to reduce the power and temperature rise of the relay, additional resistors are connected in series in the voltage winding circuit of the relay.
2.4 Relays have two structures:
2.2.1 Protruding plug-in structure. Adopting Aji JK-1 type shell, its outline and opening diagram are shown inAppendix IThe internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 1.
2.4.2 Embedded plug-in structure (with/Q in the model). Using the Xuji A11K shell, its external shape and opening diagram are shown inAppendix IIThe internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 2.
If it is necessary to change the wiring method behind the board to the wiring method in front of the board, a wiring socket and a middle frame should be added in front of the board,Appendix II.
