I. Overview
The YLY series three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed self fan cooled squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor, which is a specialized motor designed for grain and oil machinery.

This series of motors has undergone significant adjustments in electromagnetic design and structure, increasing power by one or two power levels while maintaining the same center height of the motor. The enclosure protection level of this series of motors is IP54, the cooling method is IC11 (see GB/T1993), and the rating is based on the continuous working system (S1). Most specifications use F-class insulation.

The rated voltage of this series of motors is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the connection is △, the altitude of the motor operating location does not exceed 1000m, the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 ℃, the average relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the average lowest temperature of that month is not higher than 2540 ℃.

The outer contour of the motor base of this series is square and circular, and the heat dissipation fins are vertically and horizontally distributed. The junction box is located at the top of the motor base. This series of electric motors has the advantages of high efficiency, good starting performance, reliable operation, low noise, small vibration, sturdy structure, and beautiful appearance.
