1. Select a bearing assembly machine of the appropriate model for the inner diameter of the bearing to be assembled
2. Insert the bearings that need to be assembled into the guide of the shaft from the shaft head.
3. Connect the hydraulic power unit (as shown in the working diagram) to the valve body of the hydraulic control system (quick centering joint) and tighten the locking switch and push switch on the valve body to the right.
4. Lift the handle of the power unit, with a strong hand feel and a certain pressure, and push it evenly to the position where the bearing should be installed. Stop the handle immediately after reaching the shaft shoulder to avoid damaging the assembly machine and bearings.
