Basic composition:
The ZF series longitudinal seam welding machine consists of a machine base, cantilever beam, support shaft, piano key plate, centering mechanism, padlock, welding gun walking mechanism, welding gun clamping and adjustment mechanism, and electrical control system. It is a cantilever structure.

Features:

The combination of piano keys and high-strength airbags provides balanced piano key pressure along the entire length of the weld seam;
The piano keys are embedded with high hardness and high thermal conductivity alloy copper, providing excellent heat dissipation effect;
The relative distance between the piano keys can be adjusted according to the material being welded and its thickness;
There is a backing pad formed on the back of the weld seam on the core shaft to accelerate the cooling of the weld seam;
The forming groove of the pad on the core shaft is designed according to the welded material and its thickness to achieve the best back forming effect;
The walking speed of the welding cart is infinitely adjustable, which can weld workpieces of different materials and thicknesses at the optimal welding speed.
