1、 Scope of application
Spiral dual-purpose lifting machine is one of the ideal tools for lifting various heavy objects. Equipped with foot hooks on the body, it can be used for working when heavy objects are in a lower lifting position, and has more advantages than general jacks in use.

3、 Working principle
This product is a manual lifting tool, mainly composed of ratchet, large and small bevel gears, brackets, screws, lifting sleeves, foot hooks and other components. The plate driven ratchet group rotates the screw through large and small bevel gears, and the lifting sleeve is driven up or down by the copper nut to achieve the purpose of lifting.

4、 Usage method
1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether all components are functioning properly.
2. It should be used within the range of rated lifting and hook weight.
3. When using, place the machine directly on the ground and keep it as close to heavy objects as possible to avoid tilting.
4. Correct the direction of the ratchet (supporting teeth), used to directly rotate the ratchet to raise the lifting sleeve until the top plate comes into contact with the heavy object, and then insert the handle to start lifting.
5. The lifting height should pay attention to the boundary line. When a red line appears on the lifting sleeve, it indicates that the jack has reached its rated height and lifting should be stopped immediately.
6. When the lifting work is completed or a heavy object is to be lowered, first pull out the handle, push the supporting teeth in the downward direction, and then insert the handle to rotate back and forth. The lifting sleeve of the jack gradually descends.

5、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly keep the machine clean and avoid accumulating dust; Regularly add lubricating oil to keep all friction fitting components flexible and reliable.
2. This machine must not be thrown or impacted arbitrarily to avoid damaging the components and affecting its use.
