Q-3A metallographic specimen cutting machine is suitable for cutting general metallographic and lithological specimen materials. Randomly configuring a cooling water tank and cutting cooling oil in the equipment can effectively remove the heat generated during the cutting process, avoiding sample overheating and tissue damage. It is one of the essential equipment for metallographic laboratory sample preparation.
The grinding wheel spindle is installed in the rocker arm bearing seat and obtains power through the transmission of a triangular belt pulley for the feed motion of the grinding wheel cutting. The speed of the cutting feed is determined by the speed of the manual rocker arm swing. Above the worktable is a quick clamping mechanism for the sample, and the pressure rod can move up and down freely for clamping and easy and flexible use. The pressure rod is hollow with coolant, and below the pressure block is the working port with a V-shaped groove for clamping the sample. The worktable is equipped with a transparent organic glass protective cover for observation and protection during cutting. The inlet and outlet water channels and coolant switches in the machine body can be adjusted or closed according to the cutting needs, and the flow rate of the coolant can be adjusted or closed at will.
The cooling water tank is designed specifically for storing coolant. The pre configured coolant can be recycled, and it is important to choose a coolant with good lubricity for configuration. It is important to avoid using regular tap water as the coolant.
The Q-3A metallographic specimen cutting machine must use diamond grinding wheels to cut sample materials such as rocks and ceramics. (Diamond grinding wheel blades require special ordering)
