The ZF-1 high-voltage direct discharge rod is used to discharge residual electricity from the power grid and electrical equipment after a power outage. The applicable voltage levels are 10, 35, 110, 220 kV
Standard configuration:
Rod length 1M+copper wire 16mm ² x 5M
Dimensional parameters of docking operation stick:
1M × 1 section formula
2M × 2 sections
3M x 2-section design
3M x 3-section design
4M × 3 sections
4M x 4 sections
Overview
ZF-1 series high-voltage discharge poles/rods, as well as voltage testers and grounding wire products, are essential tools for safe operations. They are divided into two types according to different usage scenarios: direct type and current limiting type. The former can be used in ordinary situations, while the latter is used on high-capacity devices.

2.3 Discharge wire specifications
The discharge wire is usually selected in two types: 16mm2 and 25mm2, and the length is generally selected in two types: 5m and 7m. Special requirements can be customized according to actual needs.
3. Usage and precautions
3.1 To ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, discharge poles/rods should be stored in a dedicated place with good air circulation and dry environment.
3.2 The use of discharge poles/rods on electrical devices should comply with the relevant provisions of the electrical safety work regulations.
3.3 The discharge operation must be carried out after the electrical verification operation and confirmation of the power outage of the electrical equipment.
3.4 For large capacity electrical equipment, such as power current, power capacitors, large capacity main transformers, etc., discharge poles/rods with current limiting devices must be used for discharge.
4. Regular testing
4.1 The discharge pole/discharge rod must refer to the live working insulation pole and undergo regular preventive tests. The effective insulation part must be able to withstand the corresponding voltage level and power frequency withstand voltage requirements, as specified in the table.
4.2 For discharge poles/rods with current limiting devices, in addition to the effective insulation part that needs to undergo power frequency withstand voltage test according to the live working insulation pole, the current limiting device part also needs to undergo a voltage test separately, according to the requirements in the table.
