The RJZZ series seat type exciter has the advantages of light weight, small size, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life. It is an ideal excitation source for various vibration equipment.  

Operation and Maintenance
1. Seat type shaker is mainly used on sieves and is a component of sieving.  
2. The eccentric block of the exciter operates relatively under external force.  
3. The bearings of the exciter should be regularly lubricated with grease (2 # industrial lithium grease), usually every 3-5 months.  
4. After installation, run for 2-4 hours until everything is normal before putting it into use.  
5. The anchor bolts are equipped with anti loosening devices to prevent them from loosening and damaging the exciter.  
6. The RJZZ series seat type exciter operates for 5-6 months, with minor repairs and major repairs every year. Minor repairs remove dust and dirt from the machine body. During major repairs, in addition to necessary minor maintenance, the wear rate of the bearings must be checked, and if necessary, they should be replaced and repaired in a timely manner.
