The YGKP hood annealing furnace is equipped with an air-cooled variable frequency speed control motor, which is a 4-pole motor powered by a variable frequency drive. The control system composed of the variable frequency speed control device can achieve smooth and stepless speed control of the motor, maximizing the satisfaction of the electric furnace process requirements. The electric motor is cooled by a dedicated fan with variable frequency speed regulation, which is used in conjunction with the water-cooled box of the hood furnace.  

The working characteristics of the electric motor are: 5-50Hz for constant torque, 50-100Hz for constant power. The electric motor can be regulated within the range of 50-100Hz.  
The insulation level of the electric motor is F level; The working system of the electric motor is continuous working system S1; the protection level of the electric motor is IP23; The installation type of the electric motor is V3
