The WK and SK DC servo motor control voltage regulator adopts pulse modulation technology and is produced using advanced switching devices. The armature output voltage stability is high, and its armature voltage can be continuously adjusted from zero to the rated value, making motor speed regulation extremely convenient. Attention:
The WK and SK DC servo motor control voltage regulator should be installed in a well ventilated area and avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. When connecting with an electric motor, avoid reversing the excitation of the armature; When connected to electromagnetic motors, it is absolutely not allowed to open the excitation circuit or reverse the excitation direction. Otherwise, it will damage the motor. In addition, it is not allowed to touch any components inside the machine with hands to prevent electric shock. When the capacity of fuse BX is 3-1.5 times the rated output current of the selected armature, please reliably ground the power supply housing.
Selection example:
The motor model used is: 110SZ54A3, 300R, 308W, 220V, armature current=2A
Excitation current=0.16A Select power supply current: 1 ≥ armature current+excitation current, i.e. 1 ≥ 2A+0.16A
At least WK322 power supply should be selected. If forward and reverse operation is required, SK400BH should be selected
The motor model used is 90ZYT05A3, 3000R, 92W, 24V, current=6.1A
The power supply should be SK400B-24, which has an input of 220V and an output of 0-24V. This is a special voltage product.
