The ZLJ series horizontal (intelligent) two-stage high vacuum oil filter is manufactured by Sanmei Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the national standard GB/T7595-2000, the mechanical industry standard TB/T5285-2001, and the power industry standard DL/T521-2004. This machine is the same as other vacuum oil filters and uses semi-automatic and fully automatic (intelligent) operation. The vacuum cylinder is horizontal and the two cylinders are integrated for reciprocating filtration, thereby improving filtration efficiency. It is a good equipment for filtering insulating oil in the power industry.  

The oil circuit adopts automatic liquid level control;  
High vacuum, quick and effective pumping, the vacuum system adopts domestic famous brands or imported vacuum equipment, with a maximum limit of up to 5Pa (Maxus vacuum gauge);  
The Roots pump of the vacuum system adopts automatic control, and it will automatically start running through a vacuum relay in a vacuum state;  
Equipped with an overvoltage alarm signal, it will automatically shut down during overpressure operation;  
Equipped with oil shortage protection device, it cannot be heated in the absence of oil, avoiding the hidden danger of burning out the heater in the absence of oil;  
Infrared detection with automatic defoaming function to prevent oil droplets from entering the vacuum pump and causing fuel injection;  
It has multiple reciprocating filtration functions, including coarse filtration and two fine filtration. After two rounds of vacuum filtration for degassing, dehydration, deacidification, and decolorization, the filtration effect is doubled, thus meeting the national quality standards for transformer oil in operation.  
Imported vacuum pumps, booster pumps, exhaust pumps, electrical controls, and various filter elements can be selected according to user requirements to meet the standards of imported oil filters.

Purpose:
Efficiently remove moisture, gases, and impurities from insulating oil, improve the pressure resistance strength and oil quality of the oil, can operate with electricity, and can independently vacuum the equipment.
