The ZLJ-ZP vertical two-stage high vacuum oil filter utilizes the advanced principle of "oil film tension permeation method" to efficiently remove water and gas from oil; Automatic protection for high and low oil levels, infrared detection for automatic defoaming, will not cause vacuum series oil suction and injection phenomena. The filtration of mechanical impurities, after a first level coarse filtration, protects the service life of the oil inlet pump, and a second level fine filtration, with a maximum accuracy of 1um, effectively improves the impurity removal effect. Low noise, the exhaust pump is made of metal gears and non-metal gears, which cannot produce metallic noise during operation, greatly reducing noise! Set up two vacuum cylinders and use a combination of rotary vane vacuum pump and Roots vacuum pump to achieve high vacuum degree, which can be used to evacuate the equipment separately.
