The ZYJ-1 type bubble free vacuum oiling machine is suitable for oil immersed current and voltage transformers (referred to as CT, PT) used in power systems. According to regulations, periodic oil sample testing is required, and oil samples need to be taken regularly. This leads to the need to replenish oil for certain CTs and PTs with low oil pull once the temperature drops every year. Previously, the oil replenishment method generally used a manual piston type ramming pump to press oil with nitrogen gas, and at the same time, the top of the CT and PT were appropriately lifted to manually replenish oil. This oil replenishment method can easily cause problems such as air adsorption inside the CT and PT coils or false oil level due to residual air. Utilizing vacuum principle and separation technology to achieve bubble free vacuum oil injection for transformers that integrate vacuum processing and refueling. The equipment adopts a pressure type oil pump, which is composed of multiple small piston rubber inside to achieve continuous cross pressing, allowing the oil to replenish the transformer and other equipment without bubbles, and without causing damage to the internal structure of the transformer due to high oil flow rate. The entire oil injection pipeline is free of any bubbles. In addition, a pressure relay is installed in the oil injection pipeline to achieve overpressure protection. The quick connector is used in the connection method, and the entire pipeline is connected to the transformer matching connector and the oil injection machine connector, which is both convenient and reliable. Maintain a certain space between the oil level and the vacuum suction port to achieve the effect of degassing and dehydration of the oil, and can also perform vacuum treatment on small containers.
