Product Introduction
The FGQ-32-52 split type wire rope cutting machine is mainly composed of a power source (equipped with electric or manual pumps), a working oil cylinder, a slide rail, and a cutting blade. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient operation, fast cutting, and labor-saving. Especially due to the use of a split type structure, it fundamentally avoids the phenomenon of wire rope throwing and injuring people caused by careless operation in the past. This cutting machine can not only cut steel wire ropes with a diameter of 32-52mm, but also cut cylindrical bars with a diameter of less than 20mm. This cutting machine is the first of its kind in China and is widely used in engineering departments such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, and bridges.

Usage:
1. Connect the oil cylinder and oil pump with a high-pressure hose, and tighten the return oil bolt.
2. Pull out the movable end, rotate the slide rail, and then place the steel wire rope to be cut into the groove (insert directly), and secure the movable end.
3. Press the handle up and down to advance the blade, and the cutting action can be achieved.
4. After completing the forward movement, loosen the oil return bolt to allow the knife to return and prepare for the next movement.
