1、 Overview
The YB2-W/WTH/TH series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed self fan cooled squirrel cage explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor derived from the YB2 series, which is suitable for outdoor places (W), humid tropical places (TH), outdoor humid tropical places (THW), dry tropical places (TA), and outdoor dry tropical places (TAW). Hazardous locations with explosion-proof levels IIA, IIB, IIC, and temperature groups T1-T4 containing explosive gas mixtures.
The performance indicators of this series of motors comply with the provisions of JB/T7565.2-2002 standard, and the explosion-proof performance complies with the provisions of GB3836.2-2000 standard. They are made into explosion-proof types: ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4.

The rated power, electrical performance, synchronous speed, and installation dimensions of YB2-W/WTH/TH series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are the same as those of YB2 series motors. The protection level of the motor body casing is IP55, and the cooling method is IC411.
