Scope of application
This series of products is suitable for voltage reduction starting of three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, voltage of 380V or 660V, power of 11-300kW, and can accelerate the motor to rated speed and manually stop the motor. It has overload, phase failure, short circuit and other protections for electric motors.
The performance of this series of products complies with the standards of IEC947-4-1 and GB14048.4.
Environmental conditions for use
1. The maximum air temperature around shall not exceed+40 ℃, and the minimum temperature shall not be lower than -5 ℃;
2. The average temperature of the surrounding air for 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;
3. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m;
4. The monthly average maximum humidity of the air is not greater than 90% (with an average temperature of 35 ℃);
5. The pollution level of the local micro environment around the starter cabinet shall not exceed level 3.
Model and its meaning

Note:
The first combination of work schedule: eight hour work schedule: uninterrupted work schedule; Short term work schedule; 3 times per hour for intermittent cycle work system; The intermittent non periodic working system allows for 6 operations per hour (with uniform time intervals), followed by cooling to the ambient air temperature.
The second combination of work schedules: an eight hour work schedule; Uninterrupted work system; Short term work schedule; 6 times per hour for intermittent cycle work system; The intermittent non periodic working system allows for 12 operations per hour (time interval), followed by cooling to the ambient air temperature.
Main technical parameters
1. The main technical data of this series of products are shown in Table 1;
2. The starting performance of this series of products:
a. The starting cabinet allows for two consecutive starts from a cold state, with each start lasting 15 seconds and an interval of 30 seconds;
b. The starter cabinet allows for one or multiple consecutive starts, with a total starting time not exceeding the specifications in Table 1. Before restarting, the autotransformer should be cooled to the ambient air temperature.
3. The starting to running conversion mode of this product adopts current conversion. When the starting current drops to 15 times the rated working current value, which is equivalent to 80% of the rated speed, it switches from starting to running. The current time conversion device is implemented by forced conversion, and the time setting value of this device is not greater than the values specified in Table 1.
4. The protection of the autotransformer during start-up is achieved through forced conversion by a current time conversion device, and the time setting value of this device is not greater than the values specified in Table 1.
