HF Multipole Series Sliding Contact Line
Features:
Sliding contact wire, whose conductive body is an aluminum profile with an "H" - shaped cross-section, is also known as an "H" - shaped energy-saving sliding wire device. Energy saving refers to the significant reduction of electrical energy loss during transmission compared to sliding contact wires with angle steel as the main body. The electrical resistivity of aluminum is much lower than that of steel, and its specific gravity is small. Rolling aluminum into an "H" shape can improve overall rigidity and strength while ensuring a certain conductive cross-sectional area. However, the surface hardness of aluminum is low and not wear-resistant. In order to meet the practicality of using aluminum substrate as a conductive sliding contact wire, an upper arch shape is made in the "H" - shaped center beam, and wear-resistant stainless steel profiles are embedded here according to the prescribed process procedures. This "H" - shaped stainless steel profile is used as the friction transmission surface of the conductive block in the electrical conductor. Its embedding process ensures a tight bond between the stainless steel and the aluminum profile. The current introduced into the aluminum profile passes through the stainless steel body, and the conductive block in the electrical conductor in contact with it transmits the current through friction contact, ensuring the continuity of the current during the operation of the lifting machinery.

Purpose:
The conductive sliding wire is protected as a whole with ABS plastic along the longitudinal direction of the sliding wire, except for the contact between the lower opening and the conductive device. Therefore, there is no exposed conductive part of the contact wire after installation, which brings great convenience to installation and maintenance. At the same time, the overall plastic shell protection (except for the opening) prevents the sliding contact wire from accumulating dust and being protected from rain, dew, ice, and snow. The connection between the guide rail and the guide rail is a dedicated guide rail connector that allows the guide rail and the plastic shell to extend into it together, and its connection end is also safe and reliable.
