Overview: SDC series DC high current transformers use Hall direct measurement method to detect DC or pulsating current. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, stable and reliable, easy installation, small temperature drift, strong resistance to external magnetic fields, and strong overload capacity. Widely used in high current applications such as non-ferrous metal smelting, electrolysis, electroplating, chlor alkali, carbon, rectification, etc.

2、 Working principle:
The conductive busbar passes through the iron core of the transformer, and the measured busbar current I generates a magnetic field B proportional to it in the iron core. The Hall element installed in the air gap of the iron core detects the magnetic field B and outputs a Hall voltage proportional to the magnetic field B. The sum and amplification of the Hall voltages output by each Hall element is the output voltage V of the sensor, and the value of V accurately reflects the value of the measured busbar current I.
