1、 Product Overview
The MP-H (IP44) and MX-H (IP44) series marine synchronous brushless three-phase AC generators are newly developed and designed high protection level marine generators based on technology and drawings provided by Marathon Electric Company in the United States. The basic parts (stator, rotor) are manufactured according to the drawings and process technology provided by Marathon Electric Company in the United States. The generator is equipped with a water cooler, which forms a closed structure together with the generator.
2、 MP-H/MX-H series marine synchronous brushless three-phase AC generator electrical performance
1. Steady state voltage regulation rate ≤ 1%
2. Normal voltage regulation rate+20% -15% Un (60% In. cos with a hysteresis of less than or equal to 0.4)
3. Voltage regulation range>± 10% Un
4. The sine distortion rate of the line voltage waveform is less than 5%
5. Zero thermal deviation (extremely small)
3、 Unique structural design
1. The generator is a fully enclosed structure with a water cooler on top. The hot air discharged from the generator outlet is cooled by the cooler and enters the generator inlet, forming a cycle. After being pressurized by the water pump, the cooling water flows into the inlet of the cooler through the cooling water pipe to remove heat, and then flows out from the outlet of the cooler, forming a secondary circulation.
2. Brushless excitation method, equipped with a solid-state voltage regulator, which has functions such as low-speed protection, electromagnetic interference suppression, over excitation shutdown, and stability adjustment and voltage amplitude adjustment.
3. The overall convex pole rotor structure integrates the damping winding with the rotor core, and the magnetic field winding is filled with thermosetting epoxy, which has high mechanical and electrical strength.
4. The rotating rectifier is located on the outside of the exciter rotor for easy maintenance.
5. The outlet box is spacious and can be equipped with various devices inside. The outlet box is located above and behind the machine base, beautiful and compact.
6. The insulation level is H-grade.
7. Modules and additional devices for parallel operation can be provided according to customer requirements.
8. The generator is divided into two structures: single bearing and double bearing.
The single bearing is equipped with international standard SAE interface and coupling plate, which can be matched with various imported oil engines.
Double bearings are suitable for various domestic diesel engines and can be equipped with various sizes of flange stops according to customer requirements.
9. PMG can be installed and DVR2000E digital voltage regulator can be used according to customer needs.
10. Anti condensation heating tubes and thermal protection components can be installed according to customer needs.
4、 MP-H/MX-H series marine synchronous brushless three-phase AC generator usage conditions:
Air temperature not exceeding: 45 ℃
Water cooling temperature not exceeding: 30 ℃
Altitude not exceeding: 1000 meters
If the usage conditions do not meet the above environment, the power output rating must be corrected according to regulations.
Voltage, frequency, speed, power factor, and operating mode:
Rated voltage: 400 volts (480 volts at 60 hertz)
Rated frequency: 50 Hz or 60 Hz
Rated speed: 1500 rpm or 1800 rpm
Power factor: 0.8 lagging
Working mode: Continuous (S1)
According to customer needs, products with different output voltages or other special requirements can be made.
5、 Model Description:
Both MP-H and MX-H generators can operate continuously in parallel. To ensure stable operation of the generators, the rotors are equipped with fully damped windings.
When the generator operates in parallel, the distribution of active load is regulated by the diesel engine governor, and the distribution of reactive load is achieved by the generator voltage regulator.
When a generator equipped with an SE350 voltage regulator operates in parallel, it needs to be equipped with an APM2000 parallel module and a 5VA current transformer. Voltage sag or cross current compensation should be used to ensure balanced distribution of reactive load between parallel generators.
The generator equipped with PMG and DVR2000E voltage regulator only needs to supply the signal of 5VA current transformer to the regulator due to the parallel operation function included in the DVR voltage regulator.
6、 Anti electromagnetic interference:
The generator equipped with SE350 voltage regulator meets the standard grade, while the generator equipped with DVR2000E digital voltage regulator meets Mil-461c Part 9 (US military standard)
7、 Bearings:
The bearings used in MP-H and MX-H generators are double-sided dust-proof rolling ball bearings with one-time lubrication and special high-performance grease: under normal use, B10 ≥ 20000 hours.
