The TYP series permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor is different from ordinary asynchronous variable frequency motors in that once the frequency is fixed, the speed remains constant with the frequency. The motor speed maintains a strict synchronous relationship with the output frequency of the power supply. Within the rated output range, changes in the load will not affect the constant performance of the speed. The frequency converter can accurately indicate the motor speed and does not require a photoelectric encoder for speed closed-loop control. If an additional position sensor is added, the motor's turning position can be strictly positioned and controlled. If a brake is added, the motor can be safely braked. Due to the fact that the speed output of the frequency converter is displayed as the calculated value of the motor's poles and power output frequency, which is very different from the actual speed of the asynchronous motor, when using a general asynchronous frequency converter motor, the slip rate of the asynchronous motor is determined by the manufacturing process of the motor, which has a large degree of discreteness, and the change in load directly affects the motor's speed. To accurately control the motor's speed, a photoelectric encoder can only be used for closed-loop control. When controlling a single machine, the speed accuracy is determined by the pulse number of the encoder. When controlling multiple machines, the speed of multiple motors cannot be strictly synchronized
