SH/BTC8210 Explosion proof Projection Lamp (IIC) Performance:
Excellent explosion-proof performance, can work safely in flammable and explosive places.
Adopting high-efficiency and long-life gas discharge lamps and imported high-purity mirror alumina reflectors, through precise light distribution design, the lamp has high efficiency, good projection effect, and high brightness.
Through precise structural design and the latest surface treatment technology, it can prevent rain and water spray, and the lamp housing will never corrode or rust.
Adopting high-strength aluminum alloy shell, it has the ability to resist strong collisions and impacts.
Multiple installation methods such as seat type, wall mounted, and ceiling mounted can be used.
Two uses:
1. According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation position and method of the lamps and explosion-proof ballast box, and then prepare the corresponding length of three core cable with a diameter of 8.5mm according to the distance from the ballast to the 220V power supply contact.
2. Open the explosion-proof ballast box cover, loosen the compression nut of the cable entry port, thread one end of the cable through the compression nut into the ballast cavity, and connect it according to the wiring diagram on the explosion-proof ballast box. The yellow and green wires in the three core cable are connected and fixed to the 6th position of the plug in the explosion-proof ballast box, while the other red and black wires are connected and fixed to the 4th and 5th positions of the plug respectively. Then tighten the cable clamping nut.
3. Install the lamps and ballasts according to the determined installation position and method, then connect the other end of the ballast input cable to 220V mains power according to explosion-proof requirements, tighten the explosion-proof ballast box cover with bolts to illuminate.
4. Loosen the bolts on both sides of the lamp holder bracket, adjust the lamp holder up and down to select the lighting angle, and then fix the bolts.
5. When replacing the light bulb, use an M8 hex wrench to loosen the three connecting bolts between the rear and front shells, apply a balanced force to unscrew the rear shell, and be careful that uneven force may cause the rear shell to get stuck. After replacing the new bulb, pay attention to evenly inserting the rear shell into the front shell and slowly pushing it in, ensuring that the sealing ring is always in the groove. Install three bolts when the rear and front shells are fully aligned.
Warning:
1. Before replacing the light bulb and disassembling the lamp, the power must be cut off;
2. It is strictly prohibited to open the lid with electricity.
Three notes:
1. When replacing light bulbs or wiping glass, the power supply of the lamp must be turned off and wait for the lamp to cool down before proceeding.
2. When in use, there is a certain temperature rise on the surface of the lamp, which is a normal phenomenon; The center temperature of the transparent component is high and should not be touched.
3. It is normal for the light bulb to not start immediately after turning off the lamp during use; Wait for the light bulb to cool down for 10-15 minutes before starting it again to provide normal lighting; Hot start should be avoided as much as possible to prevent damage to the light bulb.
