Two uses:
1. Installation of lighting fixtures
(1) Drill holes on the mounting body corresponding to the fixing holes of the lamp base, insert bolts into the fixing holes, install flat washers and spring washers, and tighten nuts to install and fix the lamp;
(2) When installing on the wall, a flexible bolt should be screwed into the reserved screw hole at the bottom of the lamp head and fixed on the rod, and then the rod base should be fixed for installation.
(3) Ceiling mounted installation: (Refer to the above installation method)
2. Open the electrical box cover on the side of the lamp head, thread one end of a three core cable with a diameter of 8~14mm through the upper end face of the lamp head into the device port and introduce it into the electrical box. Connect the live wire of the mains to the "L" end of the terminal block, the neutral wire to the "N" end of the terminal block, and the ground wire to the "" end of the terminal block. Tighten the clamping nut on the introduction device, cover the electrical box cover, and tighten the four bolts; Use a separate wire to connect one end to the grounding screw next to the cable entry device and ground the other end.
3. Connect the other end of the three core cable to the explosion-proof switch box, turn on the switch, and the light fixture will start working; To adjust the lighting angle, loosen the bolts on the brackets on both sides of the lamp head and the nuts on the base, and then rotate the lamp head up, down, left, and right.
4. When multiple lamps need to be connected in parallel at the work site, they can be connected in parallel with other lamps through the cable introduction device reserved on the upper end face of the lamp head.
5. When replacing the light bulb, use the special socket wrench provided with the lamp to loosen the bolts on the front cover, remove the front cover (the lamp head cavity is connected to the front cover with a hinge, the cover will not fall off, and the bolts will not detach on the front cover), remove the damaged light bulb and replace it with a new one, and then tighten the bolts on the front cover.

Three notes:
1. During transportation, the lamps shall be installed in the cartons provided, and foam shall be added for shock absorption.
2. When replacing light bulbs or wiping glass, the power switch must be turned off and wait for the light fixture to cool down before proceeding.
3. When in use, there is a certain temperature rise on the surface of the lamp, which is a normal phenomenon; The center temperature of the transparent component is high and should not be touched.
4. The light fixture suddenly goes out during operation and cannot immediately emit light when turned on again, which is a normal phenomenon; After cooling for 10-15 minutes, turn on the switch again to ensure normal lighting; Hot start should be avoided as much as possible to prevent damage or burning of the light bulb.
5. When installing lighting fixtures, they should be safely grounded nearby.
6. When replacing light bulbs, try to choose bulbs of the same model; It is strictly prohibited to change the power of the light bulb at will.
