Two uses:
① According to the actual needs of the work site, determine the installation position and method of the lighting fixtures and ballast boxes, and then prepare corresponding lengths of three core cables with a diameter of 8~14 mm based on the distance from the ballast box to the 127V power supply contact.
② Open the end cover of the ballast box, loosen the compression nut of the cable entry port of the ballast box, thread the lamp cable and power cable through the compression nut into the internal wiring terminal of the ballast box, connect the cables according to the markings inside the box, tighten the cable compression nut, and cover the ballast box cover.
③ Connect the other end of the input cable of the ballast box to a 127V power supply according to explosion-proof requirements for lighting.
④ Loosen the screws at the bottom of the lamp holder bracket to adjust the lighting direction by rotating the bracket 360 ° left and right; Loosen the screws on the side of the lamp holder bracket to adjust the lamp holder up and down to select the lighting angle, and then tighten and fix the screws.
⑤ When replacing the light bulb, insert a suitable screwdriver or other tool into the two protruding holes on the side of the front cover, unscrew the front cover, then unscrew the damaged light bulb, screw the new light bulb onto the lamp holder, and use the above method to tighten the front cover.
