Two uses:
1. Determine the installation location of the lighting fixtures and ballasts, choose the appropriate installation method, and prepare the corresponding length of dedicated three core cable.
2. After fixing the lamp and ballast with screws, use an M6 hex wrench to loosen the screws around the lamp cover and open the lamp cover.
3. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screw of the bulb base, and introduce one end of the prepared three core cable into the lamp chamber through the clamping nut of the introduction device for wiring; Connect the red and blue wires to the lamp holder, and connect the yellow wire to the ground wire; After connecting the wires, tighten and secure the screws on the bulb base, close the lamp cover, and then tighten the screws around the lamp cover.
4. Connect the other end of the three core cable to the terminals marked on the terminals inside the ballast through the input device of the ballast output port.
5. Connect one end of the cable intended to be connected to the power supply to the input terminal through the introduction device of the ballast input port, then close the surface cover of the ballast and tighten the screw, and then connect the other end of the cable to a 220V power supply according to explosion-proof requirements for lighting.
Warning:
1. It is strictly prohibited to turn on lighting fixtures with electricity on.
2. Non professionals are not allowed to install or dismantle lighting fixtures and ballasts at will.
Three notes:
1. Special ballasts provided by our company must be used.
2. When installing and maintaining lighting fixtures, the power must be cut off first.
3. The center temperature of the transparent part is high, do not touch it.
4. When replacing the light bulb, the same model of light bulb should be used; If the bulb model or power is changed, the ballast should be replaced accordingly.
5. The starting current of the lamp is 2.5 times the normal operating current, with a starting current of 1.7A for a 150W lamp and 0.4A for a 35W lamp.
