The YZPSL series water-cooled high-temperature resistant motor is an internal circulation water-cooled variable frequency speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motor developed and designed by the factory based on the variable frequency speed regulating series motor according to the on-site working conditions of metallurgical continuous casting machines. Suitable for high temperature environments and variable frequency speed control systems. Its characteristics are wide speed range, stable operation, high reliability, high operating efficiency, and novel and beautiful appearance design. This series of motors has a unique cooling system that ensures stable operation of the motor in high external temperatures for a long time, and is capable of withstanding high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosion.

The YZPSL series water-cooled high-temperature resistant asynchronous motor can operate continuously at a speed range of 3-100Hz. Constant torque operation within the range of 3-50Hz; Constant power operation within the range of 50-100Hz. The product is widely used in high-temperature, high humidity, anti-corrosion environments such as metallurgy and chemical industry, and requires continuous speed regulation and frequent forward and reverse rotation of various mechanical equipment. The insulation of the stator winding of this series of motors adopts H-level insulation, with a protection level of IP55. The motor can operate normally in places with an altitude not exceeding 1000m and an ambient air temperature not exceeding 60 ℃.
The water pressure of the cooling water shall not exceed 0.6Mpa, and the quality of the cooling water shall be ordinary tap water.
This series of motors has two water pipe joints for inlet and outlet, with a specification of 4 calibers (1/2 ").

Installation of motor:
When installing B5, the water pipe joint on the flange end cover should be located at the bottom of the inlet pipe, and the water pipe joint on the rear end cover should be located at the top of the outlet pipe. When installing vertically (V1), water should enter from the flange end cover and water should exit from the rear end cover. When installing upside down (V3), water should enter from the rear end cover and water should exit from the flange end.
