Mubea Disc Spring
Used for: in the fields of mechanical equipment industry, petroleum industry, automotive industry, aerospace industry, etc
Features: Small deformation, high load-bearing capacity, space saving, and ideal loading characteristics can be obtained through different combinations
Detailed discussion: Mubel Company produces and manufactures disc springs according to DIN2093. Our products meet or even exceed the current highest standards in terms of material properties and surface quality. In order to ensure high quality, Mubel Company uses the most advanced production equipment and the most efficient production processes. Firstly, we provide a disc spring calculation program for design. This program is developed based on the relevant formulas of DIN2093,
Materials: In addition to providing 50CrV4 standard materials, our company can also provide special materials such as diamagnetic, corrosion-resistant, and heat-resistant materials used in high temperature, low temperature, and corrosive environments, such as nickel based alloys and beryllium copper alloys.
High fatigue life: Almost all Mubel disc springs undergo shot peening treatment in the factory to generate residual stress, thereby giving the product a fatigue life higher than that specified in DIN2093.
Anti corrosion treatment of disc springs: The standard treatment process is zinc phosphating treatment with oil coating. If the working environment of the disc spring requires higher anti-corrosion performance, the following process can be selected:
Zinc phosphide with wax coating
Galvanizing
Zinc or chromium electroplating
Delta Tone/Delta Seal coating
Dacromet coating
Electrochemical nickel plating
Size range: outer diameter 8.0 mm -800 mm.
DIN 2093 (DIN 17221, DIN 17222) standard materials and materials with special requirements.
Disc springs with a thickness greater than 0.5 mm are shot blasted to improve their fatigue life.
