Overview:
HSK and HSSPK steelmaking electric arc furnace transformers are specialized transformers designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of power supply in electric furnace steelmaking production.

Purpose:
HSK, HSSPK steelmaking electric arc furnace transformers use dry smelting high-quality steel and alloy steel, aluminum silicate refractory fiber.

Structural features:
In addition to the characteristics of ordinary transformers, electric arc furnace transformers also need to meet the special requirements of steelmaking processes, with certain overload capacity and anti short circuit mechanical strength. The adjustment methods of electric arc furnace transformers are divided into two types: on load voltage regulation and non excitation voltage regulation. The on load voltage regulating electric arc furnace transformer does not have a series reactor. The structural forms of electric arc furnace transformers without excitation voltage regulation are divided into two types: those with series reactors and those without series reactors. Both of these structures can change impedance at the highest secondary voltage. The former changes impedance by adding and removing series reactors, while the latter changes impedance by changing the connection method of the high-voltage winding of the arc furnace transformer itself.
