Overview
The ELZ type LCD digital counter is paired with the LC series elliptical gear flowmeter to form an advanced on-site digital flowmeter. This counter adopts a new type of microcontroller and advanced integrated appliances, with a simple structure and easy operation. In addition to directly reading the total cumulative flow rate, single shift flow rate, and instantaneous flow rate on the flowmeter, the output frequency signal can also be linearly converted into a 4-20mA DC signal and sent to the automatic regulation system as an input signal for the regulator or to the indicator recording instrument to display the instantaneous value. This product uses a low-power microprocessor with low electrode consumption and a built-in lithium battery that can run continuously for more than three years.

Working Principle:
When the elliptical gear flowmeter is working, the low-power transmitter sends a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate, which is collected and intelligently processed by the microcontroller to calculate the single shift quantity, instantaneous quantity, and cumulative quantity, and save the data. The data is displayed on the LCD. The flow signal is converted into a regular rectangular wave through a low-power and strong anti-interference optocoupler monostable circuit, with a stable waveform width. It is then converted into a standard current analog signal 4-20mA or 1-5VDC standard voltage analog signal output through frequency voltage conversion functions and other circuits.
