The YZZ series construction elevator uses a three-phase asynchronous motor, which is composed of a self fan cooled three-phase asynchronous motor and a DC disc brake. The motor is a specialized lifting motor with low starting current, high starting torque, movable, braking, and forward/reverse rotation. The disc brake is composed of a DC electromagnet, a fixed brake disc, and main and auxiliary springs. The four corners of the electromagnet are equipped with four stoppers, which can control the attraction and release process of the electromagnet, thus achieving the special effect of smooth starting and gentle braking of the brake. At the same time, due to the unique structure of the stopper, it can maintain a constant distance between the electromagnet and the fixed brake disc. Therefore, when the brake disc is worn and the brake clearance increases, it has a special function of automatically tracking and adjusting the compensation clearance. Specially suitable for the construction of high-rise buildings, it can also be used for various hoisting machinery and other lifting equipment
