The GF series power frequency diesel generator set is a small power generation equipment powered by a diesel engine. Suitable for hotels, hospitals, schools, and enterprises as backup power sources, equipping it on specially designed vehicles forms a mobile power station, which is also an ideal power and lighting equipment for mobile operation units. The unit is mainly composed of a diesel engine, an AC generator, a control box, a transmission system, and a chassis Small units (below 10KW) generally use V-belt transmission, while larger units use elastic pin couplings for transmission. Units using coupling transmission generally adopt two measures to ensure the coaxiality of the assembly of the unit: ensuring the center height of the diesel engine and generator, and connecting the diesel flywheel housing stopper with the generator stopper. At the same time, shock absorbers are installed between the motor, diesel engine, and chassis to ensure the good and normal operation of the unit.  

The rated voltage of the unit is 400V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the rated power factor is 0.8 (lag), the steady-state voltage adjustment rate is less than 5%, the steady-state frequency adjustment rate is less than 4%, the cold and hot state voltage changes are not greater than 2%, and the line voltage waveform distortion rate is not greater than 10%. According to user requirements, units with a rated voltage of 420V, a rated frequency of 60Hz, a steady-state voltage adjustment rate of less than 1%, and a steady-state frequency adjustment rate of less than 2% can also be produced.  

The unit can operate continuously for 12 hours and output rated power under the following conditions. If it exceeds 12 hours, its output power should decrease by 10%: altitude: 0m, ambient temperature: 20 ℃, relative air temperature: 60%
When the environmental conditions are different from the above conditions, the output power should be adjusted according to the provisions in the diesel engine manual. But the unit can work normally in the following environments: altitude: not exceeding 1000m, ambient temperature: 5 ℃ -40 ℃, relative air temperature: ≤ 95%
