The SC type construction elevator transmission mechanism, also known as the elevator transmission plate, is the transmission core and safety device of the elevator. It consists of a YZZl32M-4 dedicated motor, a planar enveloping toroidal vortex reducer, and an anti fall safety device installed on the same base plate. The mechanism is installed inside the elevator car, and the power device composed of a motor and a reducer transmits the driving force to the small gear at the output end of the reducer. The small gear meshes with the vertical rack of the elevator, driving the car to run smoothly up and down.
The small gear on the anti fall safety device also meshes with the vertical rack. Once the braking mechanism of the electric motor fails and the car rapidly slides down, the anti fall safety device automatically opens, and the car immediately brakes urgently, ensuring lifting and lowering
Safe operation of the machine.
The institutional design is compact and reasonable, and undergoes a break in test before leaving the factory. There are three drive and dual drive specifications available for different models of elevators to choose from.
A single motor reducer can also provide matching for users.
