HKS Tiger Mouth (single column) hydraulic press (electric, manual hydraulic press) is mainly used in the mechanical manufacturing and automotive repair industries, with the following functions: 1. Straightening and calibration. 2. Assembly operations such as pressing sleeves, pressing shafts, and pressing bearings. 3. Bending and dismantling operations. 4. Cut off steel bars and wire ropes. 5. Equipped with a mold, it can punch, drop, bend, stretch, and fold. 6. Paired with pliers, it can be used for pipe tooth hinge cutting or fitter operations. 7. It can replace the old-fashioned spiral hand press for forming operations. 8. Can perform a jack test. The hydraulic press is mainly powered by the frame, worktable, working oil cylinder, electric pump station or manual hydraulic pump, with the working oil cylinder as the execution file. The form is divided into two pillar (door style), four pillar, and tiger mouth style.

The hydraulic press has two columns (i.e. portal) and four columns, with two types of tonnages: 5t, 10t, 30t, 50t, 100t, 200t, 315t, and 500t.

The oil pump system of this machine operates under high pressure, and the working oil used must be filtered.
