1、 Scope of application:
The CMC series dense insulated bus duct is suitable for AC three-phase four wire, three-phase five wire system, frequency 50-60HZ, rated voltage up to 660V, rated working current 250-5000A power supply and distribution systems. As an auxiliary equipment for power supply and distribution in industrial and mining, enterprises, and high-rise buildings, it is particularly suitable for the renovation of workshops and old enterprises.
2、 Structural features:
1. Basic structure of busbar

2. Structural characteristics
1) Bus shell configuration
The shell is composed of reinforced molded aluminum magnesium alloy profiles for electrical use or a mixture of molded aluminum alloy integral side panel profiles for electrical use and cold drawn steel cover panel profiles. The modified shell has both ultra-high bending strength and good corrosion resistance, as well as excellent heat dissipation and grounding properties.
(1) The integral aluminum alloy side plate structure wraps the conductor inside the metal side plate, completely preventing the infiltration of water vapor and harmful dust, and achieving a true IP54 protection level for the busbar as a whole.
(2) The special aluminum shell forms a non-magnetic choke coil, which can reduce the transmission of eddy currents between high current busbars, decrease the passage of harmonic currents in the main busbar, reduce the heating phenomenon caused by the above reasons, reduce the voltage drop of long-distance transmission, and significantly enhance the current carrying capacity of the busbar.
(3) An integral grounding system is formed within the enclosure, and users can choose this integral aluminum enclosure with a phase line capacity greater than 50% as the grounding conductor to protect the safe operation of the entire bus duct system and the safety of operators in the event of a large capacity grounding short circuit fault.
(4) PE grounding conductors can be selected from economical shell grounding configurations, or from all configuration schemes of busbar systems with separate PE conductors.
2) Insulation configuration
As long as the CMC series bus duct insulation medium is made of high-efficiency insulating material - polyester film, the material has good resistance to high room temperature (no toxic gas release in high temperature), good anti-aging performance, high dielectric performance, insulation grade of "B", and polyester film is an integral full length package.
